Yet the topic is massively overrepresented in journal, conferences and other publication outlets. Synthetic chemicals are woefully understudied due to corporate influences.
I'm running for school board and hope I win in November. I would love to learn more and share with others who are also running here in AZ. Please let me know how I can get more information.
Yes! Extreme weather events won't stop till the chemical assault on the Earth, its environment, animals, and people stops. Sure, transitioning from fossil fuels would make significant environmental improvements, as long as fossil fuels are not replaced with something even more potentially dangerous and polluting to produce. But it's whole bowl of chemical soup that has to go. And let's not forget all the chemicals that are being dropped on us from the air. They've yet to kill a single mosquito, but flocks of birds are dying, and so are people.
I recall a study so long ago that my recollection may be spotty) that showed a decrease in aggression in school children 7 years after lead was removed from fuel. I vaguely remember that the observation was repeated more than once in different countries that went unleaded at different times. This would be a good study to hunt down.
